Registered Travel Agents will receive 10% commission on all commissionable bookings for our range of Spanish holiday homes made either through the villadirectspain.com site or through our office on the Costa del Sol.
Higher commissions can be earned by increasing the number of bookings per calendar year. The system is a simple one - and easy for you to earn extra commissions as you increase the number of bookings achieved and placed through our system. Take a look at the table below.

Commissions are automatically increased for each travel agent as booking levels are reached during the calendar year. Once a threshold commission level is attained, the travel agent remains on that level for one full calendar year. Once achieved, commission levels are not retro-active, and cannot be applied to previously made reservations that the agent has made, even where such bookings/reservations arrival date is after the achievement of the next level of commission.
Agents who register with villadirectspain.com can also use their registration number to book holiday homes in Spain through our sister organization in Orlando, Florida and on their website at villadirect.com. Commissions earned by agents from either office will be paid from the office through which the booking is provided.
Commissions are paid monthly in arrears following the completion of the guest’s stay and their departure from the holiday home in Spain.
