The villa is set in a half acre of beautiful grounds with mature palms, colourful flowerbeds, fruit trees and a cacti display. There are uninterrupted spectacular views over the Mediterranean, the port, the Rock of Gibraltar as well as the Rif mountains of Morocco from the viewing terrace on a clear day. An inviting eight metre swimming pool with terraced areas for sunbathing and relaxing awaits you. The owners live in one of the villa apartments and are on hand much of the time to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable and pleasurable as possible.
You have many options while holidaying at Villa Tranquilla, from unwinding by the poolside (which, incidentally, is heated from October through until April/May); wandering around Estepona town and port; admiring the many white washed mountain villages nearby; playing golf; indulging in some retail therapy at some of the many designer boutiques in the fashionable port of Puerto Banus just fifteen minutes drive by car; or doing whatever it takes for you to relax and enjoy yourself.
This charming one bedroom apartment comprises a spacious living/dining room with south facing garden, pool and sea views; large open kitchen area and an en suite bedroom housing a king size bed. The whole apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and the double doors from the living room open out onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
