The Estepona golf club with bar and restaurant is less than ten minutes away by car.
The villa is set in a half acre of beautiful grounds with mature palms, colourful flowerbeds, fruit trees and a cacti display. There are uninterrupted spectacular views over the Mediterranean, the port, the Rock of Gibraltar as well as the Rif mountains of Morocco from the viewing terrace on a clear day. An inviting eight metre swimming pool with terraced areas for sunbathing and relaxing awaits you. The owners live in one of the villa apartments and are on hand much of the time to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable and pleasurable as possible.
You have many options while holidaying at Villa Tranquilla, from unwinding by the poolside (which, incidentally, is heated from October through until April/May); wandering around Estepona town and port; admiring the many white washed mountain villages nearby; playing golf; indulging in some retail therapy at some of the many designer boutiques in the fashionable port of Puerto Banus just fifteen minutes drive by car; or doing whatever it takes for you to relax and enjoy yourself.
The Palm Terrace apartment is very spacious offering an enormous master bedroom suite with dressing area and bathroom with bath and separate shower. This exquisitely furnished bedroom has direct access to a private sunny terrace with breathtaking sea views. The second bedroom house twin beds and is adjacent to another shower room and toilet.
The accommodation includes a southwest facing living/dining room with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen just off and door to a west-facing patio with views over the beautiful gardens.
