Located just west of Estepona town in a quiet development of detached villas this large terra cotta painted villa is about ten minutes walk from the beach. Two excellent restaurants are a short stroll away and the bustling marina at Estepona port is only a short five minute drive away. The Estepona golf club with bar and restaurant is less than ten minutes away by car.
The villa is set in a half acre of beautiful grounds with mature palms, colourful flowerbeds, fruit trees and a cacti display. There are uninterrupted spectacular views over the Mediterranean, the port, the Rock of Gibraltar as well as the Rif mountains of Morocco from the viewing terrace on a clear day. An inviting eight metre swimming pool with terraced areas for sunbathing and relaxing awaits you. The owners live in one of the villa apartments and are on hand much of the time to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable and pleasurable as possible.
You have many options while holidaying at Villa Tranquilla, from unwinding by the poolside (which, incidentally, is heated from October through until April/May); wandering around Estepona town and port; admiring the many white washed mountain villages nearby; playing golf; indulging in some retail therapy at some of the many designer boutiques in the fashionable port of Puerto Banus just fifteen minutes drive by car; or doing whatever it takes for you to relax and enjoy yourself.
The Fountain apartment is a lovely, light south and west facing holiday apartment surrounded by gardens and large sunny patio with traditional Spanish water fountain. The apartment has pool and sea views and offers a bright living/dining room with open plan kitchen. The master bedroom has been elegantly furnished and has its own en suite shower room. The second twin bedroom is very much in the style of the master bedroom and this too has its own shower room. Both bedrooms have direct access to the patio.
The apartment offers a high level of style, quality and comfort that you would expect in a home away from home. Included in the apartment is fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, linen and towels changed weekly, hairdryer, TV, Video and CD player.
