Villa Pilar is nestled on a hill in Campo Mijas overlooking Fuengirola. The villa is approximately 2.5 Km from Fuengirola town centre with the beach being a further 0.5 Km. Fuengirola has great shopping and an array of restaurants and nightlife. There are also many attractions to visit, such as Fuengirola Zoo or Water park to name but a few. There is a small supermarket and several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Malaga airport is a mere twenty minute drive from the villa.
Villa Pilar is extremely spacious, light and airy due to the large number of windows, especially in the lounge. The villa boasts stunning views over Fuengirola to the sea and consists of seven double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 fully fitted kitchens, breakfast room, games room, roof top sun terrace and a two car garage.
The well kept garden boasts its own heated swimming pool, sun terraces and a BBQ area and there are ample sun loungers for your use.
The villa has marble floors throughout and there are ceiling fans in most rooms. This helps to keep the temperature cool even on those hottest of summer days.
The ground floor of the villa has been fully equipped with everything that you could need while on holiday. Choose to enjoy family meals together in the breakfast room at the dining table or al-fresco on one of the terraces.
The lounge is extremely spacious with numerous comfortable sofas. It is surrounded by windows and patio doors onto the balcony providing stunning views of Mijas, the mountains and the sea beyond Fuengirola. There is Satelite TV and a DVD which also plays CDs and MP3 files. There are also two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms have ample storage/ wardrobe space. One of the bathrooms on this floor is en-suite with a bath and shower attachment, a toilet and vanity unit. The second has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
A spiral staircase leads to the top floor of the villa where there are two further twin bedrooms. There is a private sun-drenched terrace off one of the bedrooms with views over the coast.
The lower ground floor has a games room with a table tennis table, football table and dart board in case you want to get out of the sun for a while, and two further double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. There is a staircase down to the pool area from one of the bedrooms on this floor.
The pool floor houses a second fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. This kitchen is ideal when you are spending hours by the pool, for easy access to food and drinks. This floor also has a further twin bedroom, wash room, toilet and shower area.
The pool has a shallow and a deeper end and is surrounded by ample sun terrace. There are many comfortable sun loungers for guests to use, a large table and chairs and a BBQ area with a gas BBQ.
The garden has a variety of fruit trees, lemon, fig, avocado and olive. Please do help yourself to any fruit that are in season and ripe for picking. There are an abundance of flowers and shrubs which give a variety of aromas in the balmy summer evenings.
The villa includes a twice weekly maid service which includes the cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms (not bed making).
With its seven bedrooms this villa is a must for larger parties who still like their personal space.
THE POOL CAN BE HEATED FROM 1ST OCTOBER TO 31ST MAY AT A COST OF 30 EUROS A WEEK.
There are two villas in the same community of an equally high standard should there be a large group travelling together but wishing to have their own bit of personal space. The other property is Villa Tejon.
