Paradise Port is located within a five minute walk of the vibrant and colourful port of Estepona boasting a plethora of restaurants, shops and bars and the delightful beach of Playa del Christo. The apartment is approximately an hours drive from Malaga airport and is an ideal location for taking a trip to Gibraltar to stock up on those duty frees or a fifteen minute drive to the world famous Puerto Banus to wander around the designer shops, or maybe sit and enjoy a quiet drink whilst taking in the sights.
This is a spacious quiet ground floor apartment, well appointed and located in an attractive low rise block built on a slope, thus the south facing rear of the apartment is three floors from the well kept garden and pool areas.
The living room is well furnished with sofa, armchairs and a dining room table with chairs. The TV can be temperamental in picking up English stations but there is a VCR with a selection of videos should you choose to relax and stay in for an evening.
The bedroom houses a king size bed, and has a large chest of drawers, double hanging wardrobe and double shelved cupboard. The en-suite shower room has a spacious walk in shower area, bidet, WC and vanity unit.
The living room and bedroom both have direct access to the spacious terrace, furnished with a wrought iron table, bench and two chairs. Sitting here looking over the palm trees, pool and marina sipping a nice cool drink provides a wonderful start to your holiday.
The old Spanish town of Estepona is a fifteen minute stroll along a delightful floral beach front promenade. There is a wide variety of restaurants ranging from tapas to gourmet at very competitive prices.
