Miraflores Palms is an exceptional duplex three bedroom apartment on two floors situated in Golf Gardens Miraflores in Riviera del Sol. It is very easy to find and is situated next to Calahonda, between Malaga and Marbella. It is extremely convenient for the beach, golf courses and trips into the countryside. There are a multitude of shops and restaurants and bars within close proximity. Malaga airport is only twenty five minutes away and Marbella is a mere fifteen minute drive in the other direction. The bustling town of La Cala de Mijas with its lovely beaches and highly acclaimed restaurants is a few minutes away by car.
The apartment has fabulous views over the sea and looks directly over Miraflores golf course 18th hole and the clubhouse. La Cala golf course and numerous other quality courses are within close proximity as is the Hipodromo with its live horseracing and live music bands.
This truly magnificent duplex apartment has been furnished to an extremely high standard with marble gold floors and contemporary furnishings and provides very spacious accommodation. There are a number of balconies surrounding the apartment for you to relax on and take in the stunning views. If you fancy a little timeout from the rest of your party choose a balcony and chill out. When you have enjoyed enough sun flick on the air conditioning, relax on the sumptuous sofas and pop on some music or a DVD (bring your own favourites). The apartment also has satellite TV and a playstation 2 , so get the kids to pack some games and move in to your home from home! The lounge has two balconies one taking in breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding countryside and the other overlooking the golf course. The dining table can seat six and you will be spoilt for choice on where to eat as there is another six seater table in the kitchen. Fancy eating al-fresco, no problem, take your food outside to one of the terrace tables or spark up the BBQ. There is a den upstairs with two further sofas and a sofa bed in case your party would like to spread out and a further terrace with six seater table and chairs for your enjoyment. There is a bathroom with shower , toilet and vanity unit on this floor to save you running up and down the stairs.
The master bedroom has a double bed with it's own terrace overlooking the pool. There is more than ample storage space in all the bedrooms and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, double vanity unit, toilet and bidet.
The second and third bedrooms are both doubles and they share a second bathroom which has a bath, shower unit, double vanity unit and bidet. There is also a further bathroom with a toilet and vanity unit on the ground floor.
The kitchen is huge and has been fully equipped with everything that you could want or need to rustle up those daytime snacks or more elaborate meals.
The urbanisation has a fabulous pool and garden area and you will enjoy many an hour wiling the time away. You will adore your stay at Miraflores Palms.
