Set in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, Pueblo las Brisas is located just five minutes drive from Puerto Banus and ten minutes from Marbella. There are a number of quality restaurants all within a short distance from the complex which itself sits within a number of quality golf courses which abound the area.
On entering this delightful three bedroom apartment, you are met by the bright and airy lounge and dining area that leads out onto a large terrace overlooking the sparkling waters of the swimming pool. The dining room table will comfortably seat six people should you decide to dine in of an evening. The tastefully decorated lounge houses two large sofas which are ideal to relax in should you decide to get out of the sun and catch up on some television or watch a DVD. There is also an iPod docking station in this apartment should you wish to bring your own tunes away with you! As mentioned the lounge exits onto a large terrace which runs the length of the apartment and here also is an outside dining table alongside the built in BBQ - just perfect for al fresco dining with a cool jug of sangria!
The kitchen really does contain everything you would need whilst on holiday, be it to prepare a snack to take to the beach, or to prepare a three course evening meal.
Just off from the lounge is a hallway that leads to the three bedrooms. One Double, a twin & a single room. These two rooms have joint usage of a bathroom comprising toilet, sink and shower.
The master bedroom houses a double bed, which can also be utilised as two twin beds if need be, and there is plenty of storage space for all those outfits you know you just are not going to wear! The en suite bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet and sink. This bedroom also has direct access out to the terrace.
The complex has two large swimming pools and an area for children to play in set amongst well manicured gardens which is within the centre of the apartment complex. There is also use of a tennis court across the road from the complex for the more energetic of your party!
This well appointed apartment is perfectly situated for those of you who wish to be near Puerto Banus but without all the hustle and bustle that area can bring!
This property is only suitable for QUIET FAMILY HOLIDAYMAKERS and CAR HIRE IS RECOMMENDED.
