Casa Katrin is a delightful Moorish style two bedroom apartment which is the lower level of a spacious villa where the owners themselves reside. The villa has its own private pool and gardens set in a quiet residential area with spectacular panoramic views of the Mijas mountains. Casa Katrin is a twenty five minute drive from Malaga airport and is only a five minute drive from bustling Fuengirola town centre. Fuengirola has a superb array of shops and a multitude of fabulous restaurants and bars and there are also many attractions to visit, such as Fuengirola Zoo or the Mijas Aquapark to name but a few.
Casa Katrin has a superb spacious lounge which is very light and airy, with a mixture of antique and modern quality furnishings and Satellite TV There are patio doors which lead out to the front of the villa where you will be able to relax and take in the fantastic mountain views. The rustic antique dining table, that is more than one hundred years old is absolutely stunning and is the focal point of the room and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need. The apartment has tiled floors throughout which help to keep you cool on those balmy summer nights.
The well kept private garden boasts its own sparkling swimming pool and there are ample sun loungers to chill out on.
Sleeping accommodation at Casa Katrin includes two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with twin beds. Both bedrooms have excellent wardrobe space and there is a bathroom with a vanity unit, toilet, separate bath with shower attachment and a walk in shower. There are also two zed beds for guest use, so that the apartment can sleep up to six people.
Close by there is also a communal pool, childs pool, a childrens play area and tennis court for use by guests. The communal pool area is overlooked by an excellent restaurant/bar that comes highly recommended.
If you want peace and tranquility, but still want the ability to visit towns close by then this is the apartment for you.
