This fabulous villa is only a ten minute walk from the world renowned resort area of Puerto Banus. with its fabulous marina, shops and an array of gorgeous restaurants and bars. Malaga airport is an easy 30 minutes drive and Nueva Andalucia offers easy acess to Estepona, Gibraltar to the west, Ronda to the north and Calahonda to the east. There are also a multitude of challenging golf courses within a 25 minute drive radius, which will challenge even the lowest handicapped players.
It is difficult to know where to start when describing a villa of this stature, so in the immortal words of Julie Andrews "let's start at the very beginning which is a very good place to start".
On entering this sumptuous property you are led straight ahead into the lounge area. This has been furnished with a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and two single seater armchairs all made from soft leather. Perfect to relax in and watch a DVD or one of the channels available on the widescreen TV. The lounge opens out onto a shaded terrace which is a mere snorkels throw from the pool, which is heated during the winter months.
You can relax in the garden and soak up the sun before dipping into the pool when you find it all just a little bit too hot or even in the cooler evenings as the pool is heated.
Back inside the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with all the utensils you would need to prepare a lunchtime snack or a cordon bleu dinner. The kitchen houses the dining table, should you wish to eat indoors, or alternatively you can eat on the terrace which can also be accessed from the kitchen.
In addition to the house bathroom, there is also to be found on this floor of the villa a twin bedroom with its own en suite shower room. There is plenty of wardrobe space in all the villas bedrooms, and this room also has access directly out onto the pool side terrace.
Moving upstairs, there can be found a further three bedrooms. The master bedroom is extremely bright and airy and houses a king size bed. The en suite bathroom boasts a shower, bath, double vanity unit, toilet and bidet. This room also has its own private terrace should you just wish to sit outside and have a nice cool drink in the peace and quiet of your own company. Alternatively this room also has access onto the main first floor terrace which is shared by the adjoining bedroom.
Taking a wander up the corridor from the master bedroom there are two further double bedrooms. Both of these have their own en suite shower rooms, and one of these has access to the first floor terrace.
All of the bedrooms have been beautifully finished, and with air conditioning throughout, getting to sleep after a hard day relaxing in the sun should be no problem.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the bottom floor of the villa and these two twin bedrooms have a shared shower room.
Right, so you have been out all day and really feel that you can't be bothered to go out again for the night, so what do you do? Simple, you retire to the chill zone!
The bottom floor of the house is the place to be for a bit of R and R. There is an in house projection cinema with surround sound, the perfect place to watch a movie on one of the channels available or DVD. The leather corner sofa will quite comfortably seat all of your party.
The leather armchairs and rattan furniture dotted around the room are also the perfect places to crack open a cool drink from the drinks fridge provided. Why not indulge in a game of pool whilst you unwind.
This really is ideal for those nights in, in fact with what is available, who would want to go out?!
