This luxury apartment is situated in the most idyllic settings on the Costa del Sol between the cosmopolitan holiday resort of Fuengirola and the picturesque whitewashed village of Mijas. The apartment enjoys splendid panoramic views over the Mediterranean Coast and benefits from being nestled in the peaceful Spanish countryside. It is protected by the Mijas mountain range to the north and is only 15 minutes from Malaga Airport and 20 minutes from Puerto Banus via the toll road.
There are a number of quality restaurants to be found on the Mijas road nearby the apartment and Mijas pueblo also hosts a number of quality restaurants and bars in which to enjoy those balmy spanish nights. Just 2 minutes away is the popular Lew Hoad tennis club, an ideal place to socialise, exercise and dine. The complex features the most stunning subtropical gardens with clubhouse facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi. There are two outdoor swimming pools and restaurant facilities for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests is to be added in the near future.
The apartment itself has been fitted to the highest of standards. The lounge consists of one three seater and one two seater leather sofas, perfect to relax on and catch up on some of the television from home - that you promised to get away from on holiday! Why not watch a DVD instead, although you should bring your own favourites.
The dining room table comfortably seats six people, so should you choose not to eat out at one of the many restaurants nearby, then there is plenty of room to enjoy a quiet meal at home. The spacious lounge area opens out onto a terrace overlooking the pool, where again there is a table at which you may choose to dine Al Fresco. The terrace leads down to a garden area which in turn leads directly onto the pool.
The kitchen has everything that you might need whilst on holiday including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The master bedroom has a king size bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space to hang all those clothes that you just know you will not get around to wearing! The en suite bathroom comprises bath, double sink, toilet, bidet and separate shower. The master bedroom also has access outside to the terrace overlooking the pool.
The second bedroom houses twin beds and also has its own separate shower room.
This apartment has been finished to the highest of standards and is ideally situated for those people who want to relax, however a car is essential to truly enjoy a stay here.
