We had a lovely holiday the place was spotless and very well presented, the kids thouroughly enjoyed the pool as they seemed to have the whole pool to themselves. We liked the idea that the place felt very secure with the kids. The alarm system was a good idea as we felt that our valuables were safe. Thankyou for making our holiday go so well from the booking to the instructions of getting there so easy.

It made the journey there so easy.

We were extremely happy with the accommodation and the resort, it was fantastic. We have recommended our friends and are already considering booking the villa again for next year.

The apartment was very clean and also very well equipped and decorated, we couldn't have asked for a better level of accommodation or service.

This was our second time with VillaDirect and im sure it will not be our last.

We appreciated much the stay in "Casa Riva" apartment. The Apartment is well arranged, very clean, very calm residence. accommodation and service are very well. We passed a very pleasant stay. We had a super stay in a super villa in a super location. Lisa was excellent and we appreciated the welcome package.

One of my concerns before travelling was the pool and its suitablility for young children. I found it to be super however.

My family and I had a great time at Lazy Days apt. The complex and apartment were very clean and catered for our every need. The 2 communal pools were perfect, with the toddlers pool being a great depth for our 2 yr old daughter to play in and allow us to get in to play with her and our 8 month old son without breaking our backs. The life guard at the pool was very good allowing all the little ones to have a lot of fun but still keep on top of any boisterous behavior. The apartment itself was nice and bright. The little shop across the road opened at 10 am and closed late. It served fantastic freshly baked Croissants and sold all the essentials to get you going though I think we would opt for the welcome pack next time.

The directions provided by VillaDirect to the office in La cala and on to the apartment could not have been better.

In all, a great time was had and we would certainly use this complex for a future holiday.

Very well presented apartment complex, gated and on-site carparking make it a very safe location. It is a little bit out of the centre of Puerto Banus (2km) along a very busy road, so a car or taxi is advised to get there as young children could not walk this distance in the heat. The pool and grounds are of a very high standard and well maintained. It's a great location for visiting other areas such as Gibraltar/Marbella/Go-Karting etc. Local shop is small and limited to it's stock and very expensive in comparision to super markets only 5 minutes drive away. The apartment is a good size and air-conditioned, TV channels are in Spanish/German and the DVD player does take CD's. Overall it is a great location for a family holiday, and I would recommend it to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa La Cala. It was a brilliant location within easy reach of other places of interest. The property itself was superb - clean, spacious and with breath taking views across the golf course and mountains. We would highly recommend it to other people and may even book again next year. Even though we have been back for over a week we are still talking about the fabulous holiday we had at Villa Pilar through VillaDirect.

No matter how hard we try we cannot find even one cause for complaint and thats coming from nine adults (plus one child and one infant). Everything we needed, and more, was provided to ensure we all had a perfect holiday. We are already starting to plan our family holiday for 2008 and we will definitely have VillaDirect on top of our shopping list!

What can we say "Villa Marbesa" was everything and more, our stay was absolutely fantastic, we loved the area beautiful in fact and the Villa was everything we hoped. There was not one thing we could fault everthing we needed was there, really cosy and comfortable and safe for the kids. Everything was perfect for us for the perfect holiday. Lisa was more than helpful with the property on arrival and the gift pack was really appreciated.

We would definitely book with VillaDirect again .

We had a tremendous holiday thank you very much and apart from difficulties getting the hire cars at the airport (which was nothing to do with you) our stay was just about perfect. The apartment was wonderful, light, airy, clean and once I'd mastered the air conditioning, cool. The terrace area was extremely enjoyable and the kids had great fun in the pool.

We're home and rested! We had a most wonderful holiday at Villa Marbesa!! It was exactly like the pictures posted on your webpage and even more fabulous in person! We were very impressed with the villa, it was very clean and comfortable and the pool was amazing! The jacuzzi was an added bonus that we all enjoyed! We would definately book again with Villa Direct... you and your colleagues have been most helpful!

I would like to thank you for all of you help in organising our stay at Villa Pilar, we had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave. The service that we received before our stay was fantastic, you went above and
beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The directions that you
supplied written in both English and Spanish for the taxi driver was great and most of arrived at the villa with no problems. (One taxi driver got a little lost, but I think hat was more to do with the driver than the
instructions!) Having Lisa meet us at the villa saved us having to try and direct a taxi to your office first and then have to find the villa, and she was as promised there waiting for us when we arrived with the keys. The Villa was fantastic, absolutely everything that we could possibly need was there. Lots of towels, glasses, cutlery and plates, and iron and ironing board and there was even adapter plugs. The pictures really do not do it justice! The pool was great, and many hours were spent relaxing around it. The location was great, just a short walk ( feels a bit longer walking back up!) down the hill was a supermarket and restaurants, and one even delivered pizza for us one night. We had a fantastic time and will definitely book through VillaDirect again, and recommend to all my friends and family.

The villa was superb and in an excellent location which suited us just fine.

We found the booklet in the villa most useful and managed to get to the market and visit Ronda.

We are looking to go again next year as we enjoyed it so much and so did the kids - they had the swimming pool to themselves most days and are already going on at us to book it again, so as soon as I get back into the swing of things I shall have another look.

We had a FANTASTIC time, thank you, and really wish we'd extended our stay for a further week!

We were really delighted with the villa - what an amazing place. We couldn't believe how much space we had and the split level facilities were just ideal for our two separate families. It was nice and private and the gardens were really well kept - great views too. We were quite spoilt for choice when it came to dining and loved unwinding at the end of the day on our upstairs balcony with bar (which became aptly named as 'Jake's Bar' as my 7 year old son loved taking charge serving us drinks and nuts!). We made full use of the kitchens and only left the villa for shopping and stocking up on refreshments - it was a real home from home. Also, we were pleased with the amount of hanging and cupboard space, bathroom facilities and wow, what an amazing size TV in the downstairs bedroom!

The pool was fab, nice and clean and the temperature was just right. The five children really enjoyed this - my son even learnt to swim in it! Very helpful having floats and dinghy available too - they were well used and added to the fun. Our two toddlers were also really pleased with the toys left in the cupboards upstairs.

As for us adults, we enjoyed the luxury of our own private sauna and jacuzzi which we got to just the right temperature and really made the most of every day.

The general cleanliness was superb and we were pleased with the immediate service that the facilities/maintenance team gave us when we needed extra towels and repairs to the bathroom jacuzzi and shutter upstairs. The laundry room was excellent too it was great to take back clean clothing in our suitcases.

Overall, we all had a fabulous time and we would highly recommend Villa Direct to our friends and family.

The apartment is absolutely magnificent and kitted out to the highest degree - better than home! The pool is terrific and it the perfect place for lazy days whilst being next to a first class golf course.The amenities in the area are superb and the apartment is well placed for trips to places like Ronda and Gibraltar. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Pilar, and even though there were 13 of us we still did not get in each other's way and it is really good that there are two kitchens (one up and one down), the downstairs one made it a lot easier while sunbathing around the pool.

We all had a really fantastic time, and have recommended your company and Villa Pilar to our friends (because we have been asked was it better renting a private villa to going on a package holiday, we have never done this type of holiday before, but we will certainly be doing it again, because it was so relaxing and enjoyable). Taxi's were very easy to get and were reasonable.

We had a fantastic time, thank you. I was happy (and a bit relieved as you never know when you go away) to find that the apartment was exactly what we were expecting. It was lovely to have all the home comforts such as a washing machine, fridge/freezer, tv and even books and maps. They were greatly appreciated.

The apartment was really nice and the pool area was fantastic. There was plenty of towels and bed linen which was really good. All machines were working well i.e. washing machine, dishwasher etc
As for VillaDirect, the staff very friendly and the maps supplied for location of your offices and apartment were spot on.

Feedback is nothing but entirely positive.

Mark and Mick who collected us from the airport were punctual and very patient as we waited for the last stragglers to arrive.

They were kind enough to drop us off, look after our luggage, whilst we waited for the villa to be cleaned, and then collect us and drop us there.

The villa was spotless, and without a word of exaggeration, the most splendid accommodation I have ever stayed in.

The golf was great and again effortless, because you�d organised it for us.

I really could not find anything to fault !!!!!
