We want to make it as easy as possible for our guests and customers to contact the company at all times of the day, 365 days of the year. Our team of experienced personnel will always endeavour to answer any question you may have promptly and clearly. There are many types of information requested by guests and our other customers, and sometimes we need to respond in writing to a specific request, or even visit the property to determine the cause or solution to a problem before we can respond. We have listed the main methods of contacting us below.
In person
VillaDirect has an office in Costa Mijas that's close to all of the Costa del Sol holiday villa we offer, and is open 5 days per week. If you are a guest staying at one of our [[shhses]] and want to speak to someone, you are welcome to drop in to our office when we are open - the opening times are shown on this page.
By telephone during office hours
VillaDirect is open during the hours shown below. The offices are staffed and manned, and there is always a telephone receptionist available during those hours to take messages and to try to direct calls to the correct member of our team. You can call either our local number (952) 587 626 to speak to staff, or our FREEPHONE (UK 0800 0789 049 or from Eire 1-800 932148), which will place your call in to the reservations call center. Please note that if you don't wish to place a reservation, using the TOLL FREE number may take a little longer to talk to a member of staff.
By telephone outside office hours
If you are a guest staying at one of our holiday homes with an emergency or problem, please refer to the HomeGuide or the instructions provided in the house. The out-of-hours telephone number is 952 587626. Please note that messages left outside office hours on the reservations TOLL-FREE number will not be collected until the following day. VillaDirect uses a third party call-center outside published office hours. Where there is an emergency, one of our personnel is always available through the call center to help guests. Please refer to your registration terms for further details, or the HomeGuide inside the holiday home in which you are staying.
By e-mail
VillaDirect will respond to any email received by the recipient within 2 working day. Such a response may be limited to a confirmation of receipt on some occasions. If you are a guest who wishes to confirm their reservation, make changes, or ask questions about their booking, we suggest that (for the best and fastest response) you send your email to reserve@villadirect.com. If you are an owner, please refer to your on-line section for details of your Owner Liaison Representative, who you should address email correspondence to for the fastest response. General email queries should be sent to admin@villadirect.com.
By fax
Guests, customers and others wishing to send documents via fax should fax the number (+34) 952 587 627. All faxes are received, timed and date stamped centrally, and distributed the following working day to the intended recipient.
